In 2002, The American Medical Association told their doctors to recommend to their patients the use of nutritional supplements. This was because there was a decrease in the micronutrients in our food supply. In 1951, a woman needed to eat 2 peaches to get the RDA of Vitamin A and Folic Acid. Today, the same woman needs to eat 53 peaches. Corporate farming has reduced the amount of micronutrients in their produce by harvesting crops before they are ripe. Most nutrients are added to fruits and vegetables in the last 72 hours of ripening.
Today, it makes sense to eat organic produce because there is no pesticides in them and have about 40% more nutrients in them than conventionally grown produce. Please watch the video before to see which supplements I recommend.
